Introduction:
In accordance with the University Grants Commission (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023, Bapujee College, Sarukshetri has a dedicated Student Grievance Redressal Cell (SGRC) for providing a fair, transparent, and accountable mechanism to address the genuine problems and complaints of our students. The cell aims to maintain a conducive and harmonious educational environment, ensuring that every student can pursue their academic goals without fear of victimization or discrimination.

Objectives:
• Impartiality: To provide a fair and impartial platform for students to voice their grievances related to academic and others.
• Transparency: To ensure an effective and timely solution to students’ issues with a clear and structured redressal process.
• Student Welfare: To encourage healthy student-teacher relationships and foster mutual respect among all stakeholders.

Scope of Grievances: Students may approach the SGRC regarding:
• Academic Matters: Issues related to examinations, evaluation, classes etc.
• Institutional Academic Facilities
• Personal Well-being: Instances of alleged discrimination (caste, gender, or social) or any form of mental or physical harassment.

Grievance Redressal Mechanism
• Submission: Students can submit their grievances in writing through the Grievance Box located on campus or via the official College Website.
• Resolution: The SGRC will review the case and aim to provide a resolution/solution within 15 working days.

Term of members: The term of members of SGRC will be for 2 years and for the student member it will be for a period of 1 year.
